iPod Nano Knockoffs Surface

MoonBow Technology has released a flash-based mp3 player that is strikingly similar to the iPod Nano, even more so than the many other look-alikes currently on the market. It touts a decent LCD screen, video playback (although format support looks incredibly limited), FM tuner w/ recording, picture viewing, driverless compatibility with Windows 2000/XP, and dimensions very similar to that of the iPod Nano.
Normally, I’m all for products that compete with the iPod line, but this is just ridiculous. There’s absolutely no doubt that this is a complete knockoff imitation and I’d like to see companies come up with more creative ways to sling a rock between Goliath’s eyes.

I hear what you are saying but if this didn’t look like the nano it probably wouldn’t even have much press at all, given that there is a ton of competition.
I agree completely, that’s exactly why I don’t like these knockoffs. Make your own way, don’t copy someone else’s. Give me new features, a new UI, or something worth purchasing the device for.
Does anybody know if this MoonBow is anygood? Since I can’t find reviews of it online. This device is 2x cheaper than the Ipod nano and offers more functions :S. Anyone know how well this mp3 player fucntions and what the negatives of it are?
It’s actually really good. I just got it and I’m really impressed.
i bought one of these and it broke in a week your beter off buying the real thing because then u know its going to be good and they have a really good warrenty(ipods)
