$10.95 for 1gb SD?

1gbsd.jpgBe careful on how your proceed with this one as it seems like it should work, but the rebate is on a different site and Buy.com has a smaller rebate (18 instead of 40) on the same item. But the rebate does say it works on Buy.com!

Here is how it works:

Buy.com has the 1gb Lexar card for 50.95

Then over at Newegg they have a rebate for $40 that is valid at not only Newegg, but also Buy.com.

So you use the Rebate from Newegg that says it works with Buy.com over at Buy.com (where there is no mention of a $40 rebate, only an $18 rebate), and you might have yourself an SD card for 10.95!

UPDATE: Looks like it is no good, was just a mistake by whoever made the rebate

  1. This is a mistake somebody other than Buy.com made. The site that posted this is not a Buy.com site. Buy.com’s name and logo are not supposed to be on this rebate form.

  2. So can i still do this though??? i was just going to do it, but now i have to wait to buy it so i may make sure (although $50 is still cheap!)

  3. Buy.com says the manufacturer does not have any.
