Congrats Pittsburg!
I won’t rant any more. Its over. Congrats to Bill Cower and the Pittsburg Steelers. Will "the Bus" retire now?
Commercials
What were your favorite commercials? Here are mine:
- Cutest Commercial : Budweiser Clydsdale American Dream. This is the one where the older Clydesdales push the cart for the young one.
- Dumbest Commercial : H3 Hummer, The Monster
- Best Mobility Commercial : Motorola PEBL, This was a cool commercial as well.
- The What the Hell Commercial : Emerald Nuts, what the heck was that all about.
- My Favorite Commercial : It’s a tie. The Magic Fridge and Touch Football.
I also liked the Fedex Caveman and the Budweiser Wave as well. But no commercial EVER will touch the Terry Tate, Officer Linebacker Commercials.
UPDATE : I forgot to mention this in my initial posting, the best place I have found to watch all the commercials again is AOL Sports.

I liked Budweiser Wave and Magic Fridge (Magic Fridge was my fav).
I dunno, this year it seemed like there were not as many good ones as usual, lots of normal commericals (like the ford car ad, tons of tv show ads, and such)
Okay, I agree with you on cutest, dumbest, best mobility, what the hell … but my favorite is the Sprint “crime deterrent” commercial. It’s the only one I laughed at — in a good way … still makes me chuckle thinking about the ad.
If only my Treo 650 wasn’t so damned expensive … I’d totally use that line on someone at work. “Here, try to steal my wallet …” *THWAK*
the sprint crime deterrent was the funniest thing i have ever seen on t.v
I have to agree that the Sprint commercial was damn funny.
I agree, the crime deterrent Sprint commercial was my favorite. Although, my next favorites were the Ameriquest commericials (the doctor who killed the fly with the caridac shock paddles and the woman who fell spread-legged across the guy in the airplane during turbulance and the cabin lights come up just as the man wakes up…).
FYI: There is an H on the end of Pittsburgh!

Ah, it’s nice to see folks say good things about AOL. Thanks. :-)
