I read this post yesterday and when I opened my laptop this morning, the troubleshooting wizard opebed up too! I have had this installed since it was released and I have not had it pop up. Jack what are you doin to us!!!! :)

ActiveSync 4 sucks - I really hate it compared to earlier versions. ActiveSync 3 let you choose which contacts to sync to your phone. I have hundreds of contacts in outlook but only put 20 on my phone. That feature was removed in ActiveSync 4. except the download from microsoft fails - can the troubleshooter help that?
