i have the 310 . i got it the first of this of this yr o8. i called hp for support. i was told to up date my 310 at there ipaq web site. so i did, mmmmmmm…………………… i was getting stuff in order for a long stay at my sisters new home in salem nj, that is in wheat fields!!!!!! i am from OH. sorry for the side tracking. now on my way too n j , 310 is acting up. before i even get to my (30 min.) mothers home ( she is come w/me ) good thing she has a gps as well that is not an hp 310!!!!!! 1 hr in to trip we are using her gps. now i am here working on the home and the closest big box is 30 min. away with state rt that look like side roads …………. i call support (2X), and now i am being told by the tec that support the sorfware was only 90 days, and the software (update) that i was told too dwn load is to big!!!!!!! and they are telling me first time at writing this kind of software at there working on it !!!!!!!!!!! so i am told there is not any thing they can do!!!!!! i am unable to get around and have a gps that has the routs(5) in it storage and it still can not bring it up!!!! i cant even get home with it!!!!! it only tells me not enough memorie!!!!!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO LOVE THE START UP SCREEN HP INVENT MMMMMMMMMMM how about a reset to factory, a patch or even better give me my $ back………….. can u help
