The "boys" are fighting!

Sometimes I think we are constantly watching a giant “soap opera”.  Everyday in the news there is always something about someone going after someone else and today is no exception … but the difference today is that it is  it’s the “big boys”.

Google wants to create digital copies of books.  Sounds pretty good on the surface BUT a few publishers and the Authors Guild have brought suit.

In their effort to stay on top during this battle, Google has subpoenaed Amazon.com, Yahoo and Microsoft as well as a few others …. ah, just keep bringing more folks into the battle, it makes the “soap” more interesting!

Check out the latest setback for here at Yahoo! News … sort of interesting that this is from Yahoo! News (it’s really an AP article).
