HTC’s Coming With A New “Gene”

The FCC has cleared the HTC’s "Gene". A scaled down device using a TI 200 MHz processor, but will come with a 2.0 mega pixel camera. The Gene will be quad band phone with only EDGE capabilities. Ho Hum… The Gene will also have a QVGA screen and at least looks to be a nice looking device in spite of the scaled down performance. Perhaps it will be a low price point device to compete with the Blackjack? Who knows, but we’ll keep you posted with more info…
