Bad Fed-Ex. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Where O Where is my package? I have been waiting on a package for a while. Realizing that my order from the Apple Store had not arrived yet, I decided to check the shipping number on the Fed Ex website. You’ll never guess what I found. Well, you won’t have to guess, I’ll show you.

Ugh, a package sitting in Atlanta, just 3.5 hours from my house, for 6 days? UNACCEPTABLE! I was told to wait for a call back yesterday. Today I did get someone that seemed to care about my situation, but caring doesn’t get my package here 5-6 days ago. At minimum, it’s looking like Monday and that is really stretching it.

Who has a new iPhone in Atlanta?

  1. didn’t you see your package spilled all over the highway when the fedex driver fell asleep and jackknifed the truck

  2. I am so glad that someone else is having the same problem with Fedex delivery an Apple Store purchase. Except mine says that it was delivered, but it is no where to be found.
