November 13th -Zune gets an update
Posted by Jack Cook on 11/8/07 in Zune
The folks at ZuneSphere said today that Microsoft will be releasing a new version of their Zune software and a new firmware for current Zunes on November 13th.
If you accept the update, you’ll be able to do the following:
- Wireless Sync - Yes - your current Zune will be able to wirelessly sync to your music and video library through your home network
- Access to the new Zune Marketplace - now restocked with thousands of new tracks, podcasts, videos, and DRM-free MP3s
- Access to Zune Online Community - connect and share music and pictures that define you
And lastly and most importantly, this update WILL NOT BRICK YOUR DEVICE
