Hibernate/sleep get past the reboot problem. I have a U810 and it works great (w/ Vista, which I don’t really care for, but we have no choice). The wireless is great. The tablet part is fine. I just do common office apps, nothing fancy, so I am probably right at the design point. No performance problems and great battery life. Best part was the price-$999 at Costco.com with a doubled warranty. I’ve got more than that invested in my hp 4700 and associated goodies. I’m a happy camper.
