UMPC being used in Electronics Show

SIMO is one of the most important Electronics Show in Spain. But this year according to most of the reports that I have read, the show was not that good as it has been in previous years. There was not too many new and innovative electronics to see and the most important thing in our particular case, there were not any companies presenting new UMPCs beside Ahtec, a company that was showing one already known UMPC.

But our reporters from todoUMPC found another thing. While nobody was showing UMPCs there were many companies using them in their shows.

Another interesting point was that those UMPCs used in shows were part of the first generation using processors with better performance but less battery life. Could be that professionals in this field give more importance to performance than to battery life?
