It's like Fred Flintstone and his quest for the perfect bowling ball. However, I am very happy with my Moto Q and have been for nearly 2 years now. I will stick with it until my provider comes out with one of the newer Qs, or something comparable with a QWERTY and Wifi (the only feature I really really want added to what I have). I am always cruising for a new phone, I can’t help myself. It’s like Fred Flintstone and his quest for the perfect bowling ball.

I am tempted by the 3g iphone but don't like the overwhelming control that apple has on there stuff. I agree with the above poster who calls it Techno-lust. I think your reverting back to the Tilt is just your rational mind taking over again -- until some curvaceous powerhouse comes along that blows the Tilt out of the water! I get excited to try out a new phone and usually get the coolest one out there (at great expense)...then go back to my Cingular 8125. I've tried a few different Nokias, the Samsung i760 which I had to switch to Verizon for, and ended up back with my 8125. The new Touch Pro looks like it will replace my 8125 when it comes out, though. And then I'll be waiting for the next one! I'm actually still hoping for a phone just like the Touch Pro, but with a numeric keypad on the outside as well. With everyone copying the iPhone, looks like I'll have a looong wait. I don't even think too much about it until those 20 months go by. Basically, I am waiting for AT&T to improve coverage near the places I tend to spend time, and will probably switch to an iPhone if and when that happens.
