Will We See a Red iPhone for Christmas?

I saw this over at Crunchgear this morning and I have to say that the bright red does nothing for me. Make it a crimson red and I could get with it or even a blue. Anyhow, According to the rumor mill, Apple is planning on a Christmas time Red iPhone to go with the Product Red Campaign.
Do you like the new iPhone backs? Glossy black and white and all? I prefer the original iPhone’s brush metal back personally. Tell us what you think?

Now that’s the color red I’d like to have on my pocket pc! Not enough to get me to switch over to an iPhone though.
