Vendor: Logitech (Link to product page) Part Number PN 968011-0403
MSRP: $79.99 (Available from online retailers as low as $45, at the time of review $60 at Amazon)
When I received the unit from Logitech, I expected something simple, light, low-quality plastic and somewhat hallow unit. It was nothing but high quality, glossy, matching black, perfectly balanced and just the right weight keyboard. Nicely priced at the time of review at $60, even better when it was on sale last month at Amazon for $45, this keyboard is the second in the line of Logitech MediaBoard PS3 series, the original Logitech PS3 MediaBoard came with USB Adapter with RF transmitter, and was based on 2.4Ghz wireless technology. It worked perfectly well with Linux, but did not have dedicated buttons, and was priced just $10 less than this one. This unit is Bluetooth, does not require any adapters or transmitters, and works right out of the box with your PS3 or your PC without any drivers, installations, or long setup process…
Do you live in the UK and have a PSP?

If you do then there is a treat coming to you with a software that has been developed by BT. It will allow you lucky PSP users to call PCs, fixed lines and mobiles … cool huh?
There will be a camera and microphone released that will allow you to call other PSP owners and some BT phones. Supposedly the service will only be in the UK and will only work on home or BT wireless hotspots.
My guess is we will see it everywhere … soon!
PSP and T-Mobile Hotspot … cool!

Well there is a firmware offer for PSP users that you just may want to consider doing! With it you will have the ability to access T-Mobile’s wi-fi service for NADA … NOTHING … FREE!
From the PlayStation.com Forums:
Sony could have gotten this information out sooner or hopefully they’ll be extending this.
Create a T-Mobile HotSpot Network Profile
Bring your PSP® system to a location that provides a T-Mobile HotSpot.
(Refer to the T-Mobile HotSpot U.S. Location Map.) Select (Network Settings) under (Settings). Select [Infrastructure Mode]. Select [New Connection]. Select [Use Wireless Hotspot]. Select the T-Mobile HotSpot icon. If you have an existing T-Mobile HotSpot account, select [Enter User Credentials].
Enter your user ID and password, and then press the right button.
or
If you do not have an account, select [Use Promotional Access] to sign up for a complimentary six-month T-Mobile HotSpot account . (To qualify for this promotional access, you must authenticate your PSP® system to the T-Mobile HotSpot network prior to March 28, 2008.) **bleep** - Wasn’t this update released on the 28th, and this update information posted on the 29th???????? Check the contents of the settings list. Save the settings.10. Perform a connection test.
If you select [Test Connection], the system will connect to the selected access point.
11. Confirm the connection test results.
If the connection is successful, information about the network is displayed.

PlayStation 3 online service details
Posted by Jack Cook on 10/20/06 in Playstation
Video game console leader Sony Corp. said on Thursday the online service in its upcoming PlayStation 3 would let players compete and chat online and download games, music and movies.
Gamers have been waiting for months for Sony to release details of its online system.
Sony’s PlayStation 2 has roughly 60 percent market share. But underdog Microsoft Corp. has had a breakout hit with its Xbox Live online service on the next-generation Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 is the rival to Sony’s PS3, which is set to debut in North America on November 17.
The PlayStation Network, as the service will be called, uses a navigation system already available on Sony’s handheld game player, the PlayStation Portable (PSP), Sony Computer Entertainment America said on Thursday.
